With powerful lead vocals from Sierra Kameron, who has been likened to a modern day Ann Wilson, their music has been turning heads with it's big guitars, passionate vocals and electronic undertones. These components add up to a very unique sound. Their last release was produced by <A HREF="http://www.sierrasmantra.com/peck.html">Steve Peck</A> (David Bowie,Sting, Madonna,Tina Turner, etc.) and Co-Produced by Mike LeShore from New York City for Entrepreneur Entertainment. It is a three song ep which features the band as well as ProTools programming by Chris Fogg and additional guitars by Atlantic Recording Artist Brendan Feeney of "Over Mars". Mastering is by M.B. Christensen @ C.A.S. On this self titled ep, Steve really brought out the full potential of the band. This ep features The Exiled One which won a Billboard Certificate of Achievement in a past songwriting competition. It has also been featured by the Philadelphia chapter of NARAS (The Grammy's) at a songwriting expo and was featured on 105.7 The X's Under The Radar Vol 1 compilation cd as well as CMJ's Certain Damage! Vol 119.</H3></P><P><CENTER><object width="480" height="295"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/y5uCIx0RH6E&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/y5uCIx0RH6E&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="295"></embed></object></CENTER></P><P><font size="4" color="ffff66" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Sierra's Mantra has been together for over 10 years. After taking a few years off, original Mantra members, Sierra Kameron, Kevin Wegman and Shua Drennan regrouped in 2008. With the addition of Kyle Wegman, Sierra's Mantra has come back tighter and better than ever. Sierra's Mantra covers a wide variety of your favorite rock bands. And not the easy songs that a lot of other bands cover. Sierra's Mantra has some of the best musicians around. Sierra can sing and rap with a four octave vocal range. This is not a band who covers "Chick songs" just because there's a "chick" fronting the band. Sierra can sing the lows of "Sober", "Forty Six & 2" and "Vicarious" from Tool with amazing passion right on up to the highs of "Dirty Deeds" from AC/DC, "Barracuda" and "Mistral Wind" from Heart and everything in between. Kevin Wegman is a master of guitar. Able to play mind blowing leads that'll make your head spin in disbelief of what you're witnessing. He is also the wizard behind the songs that require that "extra oomf" with a little midi programming. Such songs like, "Woke up this Morning", the Soprano's theme song from Alabama 3, "Bring me to Life and Call Me When You're Sober" from Evanescence, "No More Tears" from Ozzy, "Our Truth" from Lacuna Coil and so on, are "Over the top"good. Shua Drennan shares the singing duties. His passionate vocals and big range enable him to sing the lows in "Low Rider" from War, to the highs in "Mr. Brownstone" from Guns & Roses. And the harmonies are outstanding. Shua plays bass and drums with amazing precision. When he's on bass, you have Kyle Wegman on drums and vice versa. These two guys share the duties of bass and drums. It's just amazing to watch them switch instruments and play one as good as the other. Kyle is the newest and youngest of the Mantra crew, but don't let that fool you. He can hold his own to players twice his age. Sierra's Mantra covers some of your old favorites from bands like "AC/DC, Heart, Metalica, Ozzy, Pink Floyd,etc..." right on up to new "in your face" songs from bands like, "Alter Bridge, Daughtry, Sixx Am, Tool, Disturbed, Lacuna Coil, etc..." In addition to writing new material, Sierra's Mantra is constantly learning new cover material so that each show is a "Must See". </H3></P> <p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p> <P><center>Barracuda - Sierra's Mantra live at the Red Lion Legion 2-7-09</center></P> <p><center><object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/__2VEFN4xtw&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/__2VEFN4xtw&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object></center></P> <CENTER><IMG border=0 SRC="members.jpg"WIDTH=475 HEIGHT=75 ALT="Sierra's Mantra"></CENTER><p>&nbsp;</p> <CENTER><TABLE> <TR> <TD><A HREF="sierra.html"><IMG border=0 SRC="skbut.png"></A> </TD> </TR> <TR> <TD><A HREF="sierra.html"><img src="tn_sierra2.jpg" width="125" height="175" border="0" alt="tn_sierra2.jpg (125x175; 4546 bytes)"></A></TD> </TR> <TR> <TD><A HREF="sierra.html"><IMG border=0 SRC="more.gif"></A></TD> </TR> </Table> <BR> <TABLE> <TR> <TD><A HREF="shua.html"><IMG border=0 SRC="shuabut.png"></A> </TD> <TD></TD> <TD><A HREF="kevin.html"><IMG border=0 SRC="kevinbut.png"></A> </TD> </TR> <TR> <TD><A HREF="shua.html"><img src="tn_shua2.jpg" width="97" height="175" border="0" alt="tn_shua2.jpg (97x175; 3564 bytes)"></A></TD> <TD><object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com /pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=8,0,0,0" width="290" height="340" id="movie" align=""> <param name="movie" value="myfile.swf"> <embed src="myfile.swf" quality="high" width="290" height="340" name="movie" align="" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" plug inspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer"> </object></TD> <TD><A HREF="kevin.html"><img src="tn_kevinbw2.jpg" width="120" height="175" border="0" alt="tn_kevinbw2.jpg (120x175; 4423 bytes)"></A></TD> </TR> <TR> <TD><A HREF="shua.html"><IMG border=0 SRC="more.gif"></A</TD> <TD></TD> <TD><A HREF="kevin.html"><IMG border=0 SRC="more.gif"></A></TD> </TR> </Table> <BR> <TABLE> <TR> <TD><A HREF="kyle.html"><IMG border=0 SRC="kylebut.png"></A> </TD> </TR> <TR> <TD><A HREF="kyle.html"><img src="Kylebw.jpg" border="0" alt="Kylebw.jpg"></A></TD> </TR> <TR> <TD><A HREF="kyle.html"><IMG border=0 SRC="more.gif"></A></TD> </TR> </Table></CENTER> <BR> <BR> <CENTER><A HREF="http://www.myspace.com/sierrasmantra"><B>Click here for our myspace page</B></A><BR></CENTER> <BR> <CENTER><A HREF="http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewAlbums&friendID=103726749"><B>Click here for our live show photos</B></A><BR></CENTER> <BR> <CENTER><A HREF="http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.showvids&friendID=103726749&n=103726749&MyToken=2109b273-ad1c-465b-98e3-eb0bcf8e4f3d"><B>Click here for more of our live videos</B></A><BR></CENTER> <H3> Come see Sierra's Mantra kick out the f**king chickens <p> Sierra's Mantra Upcoming Shows</p> <p> 1/23/2011 The Maple Inn 3125 Horseshoe Pike, Honey Brook, PA 19344 Cancer benefit. 12 bands all day.
